A possible Deadpool cameo
A Ryan Reynolds social-media post in August 2025 fueled speculation about a Deadpool appearance. Trade press covering it was explicit that no one - press included - could confirm it either way. As of this update, it remains unconfirmed.
Additional surprise cameos
Marvel executives and Robert Downey Jr. have teased that more cast members remain to be revealed beyond the official 30. That's a studio tease, not a leak - we'll move any name to the Cast & Characters guide the moment Marvel confirms it directly.

Who might not survive the film
Marvel hasn't indicated which, if any, major characters die. We raise it only because the two prior Avengers crossovers both killed major characters - this is pattern-based speculation, not a confident prediction.
What Doctor Doom is actually planning
